Community Printmakers Gosford 2016

The location of this workshop was a beautiful bushland setting immediately adjacent to the studio. It was possible to slide back the doors of the building and paint and carve the vegetation. Ink sketches were made first and then pinned up in the studio. From this material woodcuts and linocuts were developed. Images were printed first in black and white and then in colour using multiple block methods. Cheryl McCoy was our host and also participated in the workshop.
