Newcastle Printmakers 2017

For this workshop participants came with research material based on their interpretations of a tree. Images ranged from a wooden boat, to growth and seed as abstract forms, as seen in these 3 images. Ideas were painted first with brush and ink, and then carved from pieces of wood and lino. Relief prints were then made using various printing methods.
